Background
With the fast-changing technology and growing emphasis in managing information properly, the City Accountant’s Document Tracking System has been developed as a solution system to improve the efficiency of retrieving the document online like vouchers & payrolls at any time and tracking the movement of documents in and out of the Audit Division of City Accountant’s Office.
This project is aimed to develop Online Document Tracking System which automates the process of accessing, searching and editing documents and enables you to control who views or edits a document through the web for the Audit Division of City Accountant’s Office. To do this, a number of computers available which are in accessible locations throughout the Office. This project is becoming more crucial as the office steps up in the utilization of paperless technology to help the staff and clientele especially delivering, maintaining and managing all documents efficiently towards excellence service quality.
The current condition for document management is managed manually by administrative division of the Office of the City Accountant.
